Registration for the 2026-2027 School Year
Registration Fee
Before June 1st- $75 for individual; $130 (2 children); $185 (3 children); $240 (4 children)
After June 1st-$95 for individual; $150(2 children); $205(3 children); $260 (4 children)
This fee reserves your child’s spot in the class. Must be paid at the time of registration. This is a one time fee per year and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Enrollment Fee
$300 per child ($20 off for each additional child enrolled)
The fee covers your child’s enrollment into the program for the designated school year. This is due by July 1st leading into the school year or at the time of registration/enrollment if after July 1st. This is a one time fee per year and is
NON-REFUNDABLE.
Curriculum Fee
2s & 3s students $50; Pre-K students $100; Kindergarten students $125; First Grade-$145; Second Grade-$145
This fee is per student. It is due by July 1st leading into the school year or at the time of registration/enrollment if after Aug. 18th. This is a one time fee per year.
Activity Fee
$100 per student
This fee covers our specials for both preschool and primary school that are incorporated into our program. It is due by August 1st. This is a one-time fee per year.
PTO Fee
$50 (individual); $80 (2 children); $100 (3 or more)
This fee contributes to our Parent/Teacher organization that helps with special treats, gatherings, teacher appreciation, and other events throughout the school year. Our teachers are such a blessing to each of your children and being able to bless them is something that we make a priority! This is CASH ONLY due the first month of school.
Sustaining Fee
$150 per family twice a year (Fall & Spring)
This fee is collected to help sustain the budget. Tuition and Fees do not cover the complete education of your student. The sustaining fee does not offset or eliminate designated fundraisers, pictures, field trips or special events. This will be collected in the Fall and in the Spring.
Technology Fee
PreK and Kindergarten
$25.00 per student Due when registering
This fee provides students with access to classroom tablet and a school based membership platform, which may also be utilized at home to reinforce and extend learning.
First and Second Grade
$100 per student Due when registering
This fee covers a 10 in tablet, wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, stylus, case and charger. These computers will be used in the classroom only. This will also include a school based membership platform which may be utilized at home to reinforce and extend learning.
Replacement fee if tablet is broken will be $75.00
New Students to the school ONLY:
All fees will be collected after your family interview and acceptance into Kids Cove Preschool and or Kids Cove primary School. Upon receiving your application for enrollment, we will schedule your family interview.
If school is already in session for the 26-27 SY, and are inquiring about registration, your child must attend a preview day in the grade appropriate classroom. This is mandatory for ages 2 and up. This includes an entire day of classroom experience and assessment. You will receive notice of acceptance within 24 hours after your child's scheduled preview day. $50.00 is due upon preview day and all fees will be collected after acceptance.
All School Families
Late Fee
$50 per family
This fee is applied ONLY if your account is not paid each month by the 10th. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact the office for your options for payment plans.
ALL accounts that fall behind 45 days will receive a letter from the office in an attempt to collect funds and/or set up a payment plan. If neither is completed within a 10-day period, your student will be subject to withdrawal from the school.
No payment plans can be arranged until after 60 days after your child’s first day of school.
Withdrawal Fee
Between 1st day of school to December break you are responsible for balance due PLUS 1 month’s tuition
Between January and May you are responsible for your balance due PLUS 2 month’s tuition
Failure to pay these fees can result in withholding the release of your child’s school records, materials, and other needed items to enroll in another program.
Discounts
5% for second child’s tuition (applied to the entire balance)
10% for multi-children discount (applied to the entire balance)
10% for military discount (applied to ENTIRE tuition balance)
Every Wednesday is late start for Preschool and Primary with carpool beginning at 9:30 instead of 9:15.
Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late on the 10th of each month. Tuition can be paid through the Procare website using Tuition Express, check or cash. Receipts are available upon request.
After the 10th, a late fee of $50 will be assessed to your account. Accounts that fall behind 30 days will receive a phone call to collect payment. Accounts that are still delinquent after 45 days will receive a letter from the office and will be given a 10-day period to collect payment or arrange a payment plan. Payment plans are not permitted until after 60 days of your child’s first day of school. Accounts that fall behind 60 days or a payment plan is not made within the allotted time given could result in the withdrawal of your child from the school.
Accounts must be paid in full to re-register with us for the following school year or participate in Graduation.
